Are you looking for a website where you can change the text and pictures yourself?  This is a very basic example of a type of website or website page that allows you to log-in and edit the page or pages on your own, like this one. Anything on this page can be changed by YOU! 

This option gives you total control to change the contents of your website after it's finally published on the internet (world wide web). So that any further modification of the textual content, images, calendar updates or minor maintenance of the website is carried out by the customer without the need for a webmaster to intervene. You can edit the page directly or copy and paste from your favourite word processing application.

Considerable user autonomy means you don't need to contact unless you want to add more anchor pages (main pages), change the site structure or something appears to be "broken". 

With a user name and password, selected page content can be maintained and updated by nominated editors. Simply tell us who should be able to do what and we'll set up the website permissions. 

Note: Blogs (when comments can be left) and Forums can be a lot of work for website owners and moderators as they tend to be a  target for spammers and individuals posting unsuitable content,  so  think carefully about exactly why you need one in the first place. It is better to start off with a blog that nobody can add comments to and then as you get used to using your new website, start adding-in options for visitors to leave comments.    

Certain pages (and code functions) can be "locked" and accessible only by,  that is  - things that don't change much, such as a Directions page as this helps to ensure that any nominated editor can't inadvertently "break" the whole website.
